Further conditions:
- The booking will be confirmed as soon as the deposit fee, depending on the length of stay and the amount, has been paid.
- Please understand that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
- If your arrival is later or in case of early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
- The apartments are ready for occupancy from 14:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00.
- Please understand that we will retain the deposit in case of cancellations. For cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 70% of the booked stay.
